Because PureGeniX Peptides provides specialized Research Use Only (RUO) materials, all sales are final once shipped.

However, we will replace or refund orders that meet the eligibility criteria below.

✔ Returns Are Accepted Only If:

  • The product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled
  • The product remains sealed, unused, and stored under proper conditions
  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or reconstituted peptides
  • Expired or improperly stored materials
  • Promotional, discounted, or free items

💲 Refunds

If your claim is approved:

  • A replacement or refund will be issued within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method only

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund or replacement has been completed.

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
  • If the error was on the part of PureGeniX Peptides, we will cover all return shipping expenses
